JJ Academy provides educational content, community access, and partnership opportunities across travel, fitness & wellness, and Web3 & AI categories. Services include:

• Access to educational content and resources
• Community membership (Discord and other platforms)
• Exclusive deals and opportunities from partner brands
• Points-based gamification system
• Creator application opportunities

3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Free Membership: Access to limited features including landing page information, open community channels, and category browsing.

3.2 VIP Membership: Subscription-based access (RM99/month or RM990/year) providing full platform features.

3.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in harmful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JJ Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services (including Owlpact Fitness and JLM AI Agent). JJ Academy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7.2 No Guarantees: JJ Academy does not guarantee income, employment, or specific outcomes from using the Platform.
